Logistics & Operations Coordinator – E‑Commerce

About the role

Phix is seeking a full‑time Logistics & Operations Coordinator to manage daily warehouse and logistics activities for its e‑commerce store and other sales channels. Based on‑site in Manchester, you will ensure orders are processed, inventory is tracked, and shipments reach customers on time.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate order processing, inventory tracking and stock reconciliation across all sales channels.
• Liaise with shipping partners, schedule dispatches and resolve delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records, support supplier and 3PL communication, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Assist customer service and internal teams with updates on orders, returns and exchanges.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements as the brand scales.

Required profile

• Strong operations management experience in e‑commerce or retail logistics.
• Effective communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and spot trends.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Manchester and uphold inclusive workplace practices.
