Logistics Coordinator – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Loadsmart is seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Coordinator to support its managed transportation customers. Working remotely from the Philippines, you will act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure freight moves smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively communicate shipment status to customers and address issues as they arise.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to meet On‑Time Performance (OTP) and On‑Time Delivery (OTD) KPIs.
• Handle quote‑and‑book tasks for assigned customers.
• Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Conduct scorecard audits to align external and internal metrics.
• Process accessorial charges promptly.
• Assist in resolving RPM/FSC billing discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and proactive mindset.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal and customer interactions.
• Continuous‑improvement orientation.
• Experience with scheduling or quote‑and‑book tasks is a plus, but not mandatory.
