Remote Virtual Assistant – Inventory Support Operations

About the role

Join Outsource Access as a Remote Virtual Assistant focused on inventory support for state‑licensed cannabis retailers. You will work overnight to ensure product listings are accurate, priced correctly, and ready for the next day’s store opening.

Key responsibilities

• Execute back‑office POS tasks in Dutchie for all products received during the day.
• Create and verify catalog entries, including naming, branding, pricing, descriptions, and lab test results.
• Identify and correct menu discrepancies, pricing errors, or missing images before they affect operations.
• Generate nightly “sell‑first” lists for aging inventory and compile end‑of‑shift reports for management.

Required profile

• Obsessive attention to detail with a focus on accuracy over speed.
• Comfortable following SOPs and flagging exceptions when needed.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a quiet overnight environment.
• Dedicated home office with a reliable high‑speed internet connection aligned with US Eastern Time.
