Legal Consultant – Remote (Part‑time)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Consultant to work remotely on a part‑time basis, providing expert contract and policy drafting for AI training initiatives. The role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to shape compliance standards for cutting‑edge technology.

Key responsibilities

• Draft high‑quality, “golden response” contracts and policies tailored for AI training data.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to translate legal requirements into actionable AI specifications.
• Monitor AI‑generated outputs, offering feedback to improve accuracy and legal compliance.
• Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and best practices in contract management.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA‑accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum experience in transactional or compliance law, with a focus on template‑intensive workflows.
• Strong background in regulatory compliance, contract drafting, negotiation, and corporate law.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.

What we offer
