Remote Paralegal – Wills & Estates

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Paralegal to join our legal team remotely. The role focuses on supporting wills and estates matters, handling both administrative tasks and substantive legal work.

Key responsibilities

• Draft legal correspondence, court documents, case summaries and estate planning documents for solicitor review.
• Assist with trial preparation, discovery processes and general legal administration.
• Manage electronic filing systems, calendars, inboxes, billable tracking and conflict checks.
• Conduct legal research and support probate applications, estate administration and trust administration.
• Liaise with executors, beneficiaries and third parties, preparing asset and liability schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably in wills and estates.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, legal compliance and estate planning documentation.
• Excellent communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Professional and discreet when dealing with clients and third parties.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LEAP case‑management software.
• Experience using electronic filing and case‑management systems.
