Remote Contract Specialist

About the role

Outsource Access is seeking a Remote Contract Specialist to manage the full contract lifecycle for its leadership and talent management clients. You will ensure that all agreements are legally sound, compliant, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and finalize Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, and NDAs.
• Review vendor contracts, identify risks, and recommend mitigations.
• Coordinate contracting processes and maintain standard operating procedures for legal and finance teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external contracting stakeholders, providing status updates and answering inquiries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Contract Specialist or in a similar role.
• Ability to work calmly in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with colleagues and partners.

Required skills

• Proficiency with contract management platforms, specifically Juro.
