Learning Specialist / Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a Trainer to deliver effective training programs to new hires and existing employees, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to provide high‑quality customer service. The role involves developing training materials, conducting sessions, and measuring training impact.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for new hires and ongoing training for current staff using classroom‑style, virtual, and on‑the‑job methods.
• Develop, update, and improve training manuals, modules, and curricula in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, provide feedback, and identify gaps for further development.
• Stay current with industry trends and propose improvements to training programs based on feedback and performance data.
• Maintain detailed records of training activities, attendance, and trainee performance, and report outcomes to management.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience in training, preferably in a BPO or customer‑service environment.
• Proven experience developing training materials and delivering training sessions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to adapt training methods to diverse learners.
• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems and MS Office applications.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
• Must be able to work at 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C‑5 Quezon City.
