BPO Trainer

About the role

As a BPO Trainer at MicroSourcing you will design, develop and deliver training programs for new hires and existing staff, using classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job methods.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
• Assess training needs by collaborating with Operations, Quality and other stakeholders to identify knowledge gaps.
• Create and update training materials, facilitator guides, job aids and e‑learning content.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor trainee progress through coaching, feedback and performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Training Officer, Trainer or similar learning and development role.
• Strong experience in designing, developing and delivering end‑to‑end training programs.
• Excellent facilitation skills for both classroom and virtual environments.
• Proficiency in creating training materials, job aids and managing LMS data.
• Strong communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.

Required skills

• Experience conducting training needs analysis (TNA) and evaluating training effectiveness.
• Familiarity with adult learning methodologies and instructional design principles.
• Ability to track, analyze and report on training metrics, completion rates and performance trends.
