BPO Trainer – Training & Development

About the role

AFNI Phils. is seeking a Trainer to deliver onboarding and ongoing training for its BPO workforce. The role focuses on preparing new hires and existing staff for their daily responsibilities while fostering a supportive learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver training sessions for newly hired and existing employees.
• Use questioning, presentation, and facilitation techniques to ensure knowledge transfer and skill application.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and performance‑enhancing guidance during and after instruction.
• Prepare instructional materials and select appropriate methods for various learning modes.
• Assess learner performance using suitable evaluation tools.
• Mentor apprentice instructors and coordinate training activities with operations, quality, and HR teams.

Required profile

• At least two years of college education.
• Minimum one year of relevant experience in a BPO training or similar role.
• Willingness to work night shifts.
• Ability to work onsite in Commonwealth, Quezon City.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PC applications such as MS Office.
• Experience using Tableau or similar data‑visualisation tools.
