GB Plan Design Trainer

About the role

The GB Plan Design Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing pre‑process and process training covering process flows, operating platforms, relevant industry and compliance requirements. They analyze the effectiveness of training, implement improvements, and plan and conduct follow‑up training and updates.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map out annual training plans for internal teams.
• Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross‑training using varied methods such as instructor‑led classroom (in‑person or virtual), deskside, hands‑on training, coaching and mentoring.
• Develop and implement training curriculum, training plans and production glide paths.
• Make recommendations to improve and maintain staff knowledge inventory based on data.
• Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures.
• Manage training queues to ensure work meets turnaround time targets.
• Monitor trainee performance during the training period and provide weekly feedback to Operations.
• Prepare transition documents for trainees moving to guided production.
• Conduct level 1‑4 evaluations to identify areas of improvement and modify training as needed.
• Identify and support creation of strong learning retention content and tools, and participate in risk mitigation strategies post‑training.

Required profile

• Must be meeting or exceeding performance metrics in the current position.
• Must have no attendance issues and no disciplinary action within the last 12 months.
• Demonstrated capability to perform knowledge transfer.

Required skills

• Microsoft PowerPoint (MS Office proficiency).
• Experience with e‑learning software.
