Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist

About the role

Maersk is seeking a Lead Logistics Customer Experience & Operations Specialist to oversee daily logistics operations from booking through shipment execution. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and seamless coordination across customers, carriers, and internal teams while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end booking process, including validation, scheduling and carrier coordination.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers, carriers and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of shipping documents such as Bill of Lading, SWB and Shipping Instructions.
• Monitor shipment progress, enforce timelines and cut‑offs for both FCL and LCL shipments.
• Coordinate co‑loaders and handle operational exceptions with swift resolution.
• Conduct or support training sessions for vendors and customers on onboarding, system navigation and process alignment.
• Maintain trackers to provide clear shipment visibility.
• Support billing processes, invoice dispatch and dispute follow‑up.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of logistics and end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes (3PL to 4PL).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to handle complex scenarios and drive solutions.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing operational demands.
