About the role

Opaa! Food Management is seeking reliable kitchen staff to prepare breakfast and lunch, support catering events, and work across all kitchen stations. The role involves maintaining food quality, safety, and presentation in a fast‑paced cafeteria environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and stock serving lines, ensuring food is held at required temperatures.
• Prepare menu items, including baked goods, according to Opaa! recipes and daily plans.
• Operate slicers, mixers, grinders and other kitchen equipment with proper certification.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow FIFO inventory practices.
• Record production data, monitor temperatures, and complete HACCP and food safety logs.
• Assist with catering functions and serve portions with appropriate utensils.

Required profile

• Ability to follow standardized recipes and menu plans.
• Commitment to food safety regulations (HHFKA, CACFP, HACCP).
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and participate in safety programs.
• Team‑oriented attitude with a focus on hospitality and quality.

Required skills

• Operation of kitchen equipment such as slicers, mixers, and grinders.
• Food preparation and baking techniques.
• Food safety compliance, including HACCP procedures and temperature monitoring.
• Inventory management using FIFO methods.
