The Kitchen Artist at Swissôtel Clark blends culinary expertise with artistic flair to create visually striking dishes, desserts and food displays. Working in a vibrant hotel kitchen, you will ensure every plate not only tastes excellent but also delights the eye, enhancing the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, plate and decorate food items with a focus on aesthetic appeal.
• Develop innovative presentations for à la carte and banquet menus.
• Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards throughout preparation.
• Collaborate with chefs and service staff to ensure consistency and quality.
• Monitor inventory of decorative ingredients and plating tools.
