Guest Services Supervisor

About the role

The Guest Services Supervisor oversees daily front‑of‑house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This role supports the Guest Services/Front Desk team by providing leadership, resolving escalated concerns, maintaining service standards, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations at all guest touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily front‑of‑house activities and ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Lead the Front Desk team, coaching and motivating staff.
• Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain and monitor service standards across all guest touchpoints.

Required profile

• Previous pre‑opening and Accor experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong proven leadership and management qualities.
• Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure.
