Laundry Supervisor

About the role

The Laundry Supervisor will lead the daily operations of the laundry department at Swissôtel Clark, ensuring timely and high‑quality processing of linens, uniforms and guest laundry. This role combines hands‑on supervision, inventory control and coordination of machine maintenance within a busy hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation of the laundry section, overseeing staff performance and workflow.
• Ensure efficient processing of linens, uniforms and guest laundry, meeting hotel standards.
• Manage laundry production, inventory control, ordering of supplies and routine machine maintenance.
• Provide general office duties related to the laundry department.

Required profile

• College level or senior high school graduate.
• Good oral proficiency in English.
• Knowledgeable in MS‑Office.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar supervisory capacity.
