About the role
GoTyme is looking for a Kiosk Field Service Technician to provide timely on‑site support for its network of banking kiosks in General Santos. You will be responsible for maintaining kiosk uptime, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
Key responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues directly at the kiosk site.
- Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and corrective repairs.
- Replace consumables such as cards and ribbons and manage inventory levels.
- Deploy software updates and perform full on‑site installations.
- Document asset condition, inventory movements, and ticket resolutions in ERP and monitoring systems.
- Coordinate with supervisors and warehouse teams for timely replenishment of parts.
- Participate in post‑mortem analysis to improve field operations processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar field service or engineering role.
- Hands‑on experience with hardware, software, and networking in a telecommunications or financial services environment.
