IT Manager – Support & Systems Administrator

About the role

We are seeking an IT Manager to act as the primary IT Support & Systems Administrator for our small business. This hands‑on position will ensure smooth daily operations across Windows and Mac PCs, Office 365, Salesforce applications, networked devices, and cloud servers while supporting both our Cebu team and headquarters in Los Angeles.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage system updates, security patches, and user accounts.
• Administer cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and on‑premise Windows/Mac workstations.
• Maintain and customize Salesforce applications, handling updates and user support.
• Manage network devices, enforce security protocols, and monitor cybersecurity measures.
• Monitor system performance, document processes, and create troubleshooting guides.
• Lead IT projects and coordinate with external vendors.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant IT support or systems administration experience, preferably in a small‑business setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, Office 365, cloud servers, and networking.
• Hands‑on experience troubleshooting Salesforce custom applications.
• Excellent project‑management and communication abilities.
