IT Director – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The IT Director will lead all technology operations for two manufacturing sites in Cavite and Laguna. Reporting to the General Manager, you will translate business needs into IT solutions, ensure alignment with corporate standards, and maintain high availability, performance, and security of all systems.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full IT footprint at both factories, including infrastructure, applications, and OT systems.
• Act as the senior IT partner to site leadership, feeding business requirements into corporate roadmaps for MES, ERP, and other platforms.
• Lead and develop the local IT team, managing staffing, performance, and capability growth.
• Ensure continuity of critical systems such as MES, SCADA, and ERP, coordinating enhancements and issue resolution with corporate teams.
• Oversee vendor relationships, project execution, and change‑management processes to guarantee safe, compliant deployments.
• Manage site‑level IT budgets, procurement, and asset lifecycles.
• Drive business continuity, disaster recovery planning, and performance monitoring.
• Support audit readiness, SOX compliance, and alignment with safety and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing IT operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Excellent communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
