IT Support Analyst

About the role

The IT Support Analyst provides comprehensive technical assistance to internal users, handling hardware, software, network, and server issues. The role is based onsite in Rosario, Cavite, and supports a wide range of IT assets across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents and service requests via the Service Desk system.
• Provide desktop and end‑user support, including diagnostics, software installation, and hardware configuration.
• Deploy new PCs, manage roll‑downs, and maintain accurate asset inventories and loaner systems.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain printers, switches, servers, copiers, and other peripherals.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate resources and collaborate with managers on priorities.
• Coordinate with vendors and the Purchasing team for evaluation and procurement of IT and network equipment.
• Support onboarding, training, and compliance with quality, safety, and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• At least 2 years of experience with LAN, network, servers, and PC support.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

• Microsoft Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory, DHCP.
• iOS and Android device setup.
• LAN/Wireless networking, Cisco 9300 switches, Cisco VOIP, access points.
• Dell servers, VxRail, Nutanix platforms.
• Printer and multifunction device configuration and troubleshooting.
• Ground‑up deployment, configuration, maintenance, and repair of laptops, desktops, and network‑connected peripherals.
