Inventory & Operations Manager

About the role

The Inventory & Operations Manager will own end‑to‑end inventory visibility, purchase order coordination, and supply‑chain execution across multiple sales channels and fulfillment centers. You will work closely with internal teams, fulfillment partners, and channel partners to keep inventory moving on schedule and avoid stockouts or overstock situations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly PO planning, submissions, tracking and vendor confirmation.
• Monitor inventory levels across fulfillment centers and all active SKUs.
• Run daily checks on key SKUs and immediately escalate stockout risks.
• Forecast demand for DTC, B2B and Walmart channels.
• Handle Walmart inventory workflows through RJW and SPS Commerce.
• Upload reports into forecasting tools and review inventory recommendations.
• Lead weekly meetings to review POs, production and shipments.
• Track inbound shipments and confirm receipt at the correct facility.
• Coordinate inventory allocation between fulfillment centers and channel needs.
• Maintain accurate PO, inventory, shipment and forecast trackers.
• Document updates, risks, action items and recommendations for stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in inventory, supply chain, logistics or e‑commerce operations.
• Hands‑on Walmart operations experience, including forecasting and inventory planning.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow‑through.
• Ability to work full‑time EST.

Required skills

• Google Sheets for inventory tracking and analysis.
• SPS Commerce for EDI, order management and shipment workflows.
• Experience with purchase order management and vendor follow‑ups.
