Instructor Analyst – Capability Development

About the role
The Capability Development Instructor Analyst supports Accenture Operations by delivering just‑in‑time training solutions for the Finance & Accounting business unit. This on‑site position in Quezon City focuses on high‑complexity business units, ensuring that workforce capabilities align with evolving business needs.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps.
- Align business requirements with appropriate training solutions.
- Assist in designing and developing training materials.
- Coordinate and deliver training sessions.
- Collect and analyse training outcome data.
- Collaborate with Delivery, Mobilization, Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of training experience in any industry.
- Minimum 2 years of Finance & Accounting experience (PTP, RTR or OTC).
- Individual contributor with the right to live and work in the Philippines.
- Willingness to work on‑site (100% Return‑to‑Office).
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
