Instructional Designer

About the role

The Instructional Designer will partner with Subject Matter Experts and the Training team to create engaging, interactive learning solutions for client programs across APAC. This role also manages the Learning Management System for enrollment, reporting and course creation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct needs analysis with business partners to identify learning gaps.
• Collaborate with SMEs to define knowledge, skills and abilities for each learning objective.
• Design and develop eLearning modules, virtual class content and instructor‑led courses using sound instructional design principles.
• Create prototypes, storyboards, scripts, simulations, assessments and other learning assets.
• Apply AICC, SCORM and adult‑learning principles to ensure effective delivery.
• Administer the LMS, handling enrollment, reporting and course creation.

Required profile

• Experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a BPO call‑center environment.
• Proven ability to develop curricula, course maps, quizzes and interactive exercises.
• Strong communication, consulting and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to quickly learn business products and processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools.
• Adobe Illustrator or similar design tools.
• Canva or comparable graphic design platforms.
• LMS administration experience.
• Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
