Income Auditor – Hospitality Finance

About the role

BE Resorts Mactan is looking for a meticulous Income Auditor to join its Finance Team. Based on‑site at the resort, you will ensure that all revenue transactions are accurate, compliant, and properly recorded, supporting the financial integrity of our hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct daily audits of revenue across Front Office, Food & Beverage, Spa and other resort departments.
• Verify transaction accuracy, identify discrepancies, and reconcile daily reports with the general ledger.
• Prepare and distribute daily revenue summaries to resort management and Head Office.
• Support month‑end financial statement preparation with accurate revenue data.
• Assist the year‑end audit by providing documentation and responding to queries.
• Recommend and help implement internal control improvements for revenue processes.
• Coordinate with operational teams to ensure proper revenue recording.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of income auditing or accounting experience, preferably in hotels or resorts.
• Strong understanding of revenue accounting principles and hospitality systems.
• High level of accuracy, integrity and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
