In-house Maintenance

About the role

The In-house Maintenance team member ensures the day‑to‑day upkeep, repair, and safe operation of facilities and equipment across Vikings Group of Companies' restaurant concepts in Bacolod. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on maintaining electrical, mechanical, kitchen, and building systems to support uninterrupted dining operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance tasks to reduce breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and building issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and service request logs.
• Coordinate with external service providers for specialized repairs.
• Ensure all areas comply with safety and hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Prior experience in facilities, building, or restaurant maintenance.
• Vocational or technical training in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time‑management abilities.
