Human Resources Manager – People Experience & Talent Management

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Manager to lead People Experience and Talent Management. Reporting to the Director of People Experience, you will be the primary point of contact for employee relations, ensuring a supportive, high‑performing workplace while complying with Philippine labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve complex employee grievances and lead conflict‑resolution processes.
• Ensure all disciplinary actions and labor disputes follow the company Code of Discipline and Philippine Labor Law.
• Design and implement engagement programs, succession planning, and performance‑management best practices.
• Represent the company at NLRC/DOLE conferences as required.
• Analyze employee feedback regularly to update people policies and programs.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience handling discipline, employee engagement, or related HR functions.
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Law, especially the discipline process.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables).
• Proficiency in Outlook.
