About the role
We are looking for a proactive Human Resources Generalist to support our HR team in Laoag. The role involves handling recruitment, compensation, benefits and employee relations while fostering engagement across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment processes, including resume screening, applicant data entry, and interview coordination.
- Support compensation and benefits administration and employee relations initiatives.
- Coordinate company‑sponsored employee services and activities to boost engagement.
- Help develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain the organization chart and employee directory.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Excellent administrative attention to detail.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
