About the role
Provides experienced, front‑line HRBP support and independently owns defined employee lifecycle, program, and engagement workstreams for an assigned business population. The role acts as a reliable coordination, execution and insights partner to HRBPs and people managers, translating HR frameworks into consistent delivery while identifying trends, risks and escalating complex matters.
Key responsibilities
- Own day‑to‑day HRBP support for an assigned employee population of roughly 200‑250 HC, serving as the first point of contact for routine inquiries.
- Monitor workforce indicators such as onboarding, attrition, engagement and attendance, highlighting themes, risks and recommended follow‑up.
- Develop project plans, trackers, timelines and risk logs, coordinating cross‑functional inputs to ensure HR programs are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Facilitate employee and officer connect sessions, support company‑wide culture and branding initiatives including GPTW, internal publications and roadshows.
- Coordinate the end‑to‑end internship program, acting as the primary HR focal point for interns, managers, schools and partner teams.
- Own the new‑hire onboarding experience, tracking pre‑boarding, probation and regularisation milestones and conducting structured check‑ins and exit interviews.
- Manage the HR communications calendar, draft announcements, newsletters and lead the annual HR roadshow.
- Maintain HRBP records, prepare recurring reports and dashboards, validate data quality and flag exceptions for HRBP attention.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.
- 2‑4 years of relevant HR experience covering operations, employee lifecycle support, engagement, project coordination or business partnering.
- Proven ability to independently manage recurring processes or defined workstreams and deliver against timelines.
- Working knowledge of HR policies, employee lifecycle processes, data confidentiality and escalation practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication, organization, judgment and stakeholder‑management skills.
