Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on HR Manager to lead our Human Resources function and partner closely with management in building a strong, compliant, and people‑focused organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day HR operations, develop policies and provide strategic HR insights to management.
• Oversee payroll processing, validate salaries, overtime, deductions and ensure timely release.
• Manage the transition of agency workers to direct employment, preparing contracts and ensuring compliance with Philippine labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases and conduct workplace investigations.
• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, probation evaluation and regularization processes.
• Administer performance management, set objectives, identify training needs and support succession planning.
• Maintain attendance, leave administration, statutory reporting and update the employee handbook.
• Supervise, mentor and develop the HR Officer while building a collaborative HR team.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years progressive HR experience, preferably with managerial or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience in payroll administration and employee relations.
• Experience handling disciplinary cases, administrative hearings and workplace investigations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
