HR Staff – Organizational Development & Talent Management

About the role

The HR Staff will support continuous organisational improvement by overseeing performance, talent, and employee wellness initiatives. Working closely with the HR Manager and department heads, the role focuses on designing and implementing systems that boost productivity while efficiently using company resources.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the HR Manager on all activities related to the position’s purpose.
• Communicate development concepts and processes to department heads and promote organisational development.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems that enhance productivity.
• Develop organisational assessment procedures, interpret results, and prepare actionable recommendations.
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency within HR programs and create feedback mechanisms.
• Track and report progress, obstacles, and challenges to senior management.
• Research skill gaps, devise strategies, and design training programs to address departmental concerns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or a related field.
• Results‑oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of government‑mandated labour laws.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong data‑gathering and assessment capabilities.
