HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition for North America

About the role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to develop and execute recruitment programs that attract the right talent for our North American operations. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and timelines.
• Screen resumes, conduct pre‑screen interviews, and evaluate candidate strengths and weaknesses.
• Provide hiring recommendations and feedback to managers.
• Assist with salary analysis, negotiations, offer preparation, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and internal policies.
• Monitor applicant flow, maintain accurate job files, and generate recruitment documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3–5 years of relevant recruiting experience, preferably hiring North‑American talent.
• Experience with internet sourcing, job posting, career fairs, and other recruiting channels.
• Previous recruiting experience in the insurance or claims‑processing industry is a plus.
• Strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and networking abilities.
• General HR knowledge, familiarity with staffing metrics, and ability to provide timely customer service to managers and candidates.
• Flexibility to work evening/night shifts and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
