HR Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for a fast‑growing FMCG organization. You will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive workplace culture across our mid‑sized operation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies in line with legal regulations.
• Manage employee relations, resolve issues, and promote a collaborative environment.
• Design and deliver training and development programs to upskill staff.
• Handle payroll processing, benefits administration, and HMO management.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards.
• Support performance management and employee evaluation initiatives.
• Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business objectives.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid HR experience in a traditional manufacturing or FMCG setting.
• Experience managing a plant or large workforce.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
