HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition

About the role

The HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition will act as B. Braun’s lead expert on talent acquisition, employer branding, and onboarding while providing HR business partnering support to assigned business accounts. The role focuses on designing and executing strategies that improve hiring speed, quality of hire, and candidate experience across the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers and business leaders as a reliable recruitment advisor for assigned functions.
• Design and implement an employer branding strategy for B. Braun Philippines to boost talent attraction and brand visibility.
• Develop and continuously improve the onboarding experience to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to colleague.
• Manage employee movements such as transfers, promotions, and internal moves, including documentation and coordination.
• Provide HR business partnering support for workforce planning, employee relations, engagement, and manager advisory.
• Use recruitment and people metrics (time to fill, source effectiveness, hiring funnel conversion, candidate experience, onboarding completion) to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• 7‑10 years of progressive HR experience with strong expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment business partnering, and employer branding.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and deliver credible HR advisory.
• Strong communication, project management, and analytical abilities, with experience using talent data to identify issues and recommend improvements.
