HR Business Partner – Shared Services (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, business‑focused HR Business Partner to support our Shared Services organization in Manila. Reporting to the HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, driving people strategies that enhance performance, engagement, and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner and coach to business leaders on talent, workforce planning, succession, and change management.
• Lead employee and labor relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and policy interpretation, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Coach managers on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, communication, accountability, and team development.
• Drive the performance management cycle, supporting goal setting, feedback, development planning, and performance issue resolution.
• Partner with Talent Management and L&D to identify capability gaps, support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Champion culture and engagement programs that reinforce company values, accountability, and a positive employee experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR governance standards.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and coach senior leaders.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret employee relations trends and recommend actions.
