HR Business Partner – Laguna & Bulacan

About the role

We are looking for an HR Business Partner to collaborate with business leaders and HR teams, supporting growth and sustainability across our Laguna and Bulacan warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on people initiatives to drive organizational growth.
• Collaborate with HR and business teams to implement policies, processes, and resolve people‑related issues.
• Advise on workforce planning, identify talent gaps, and develop recruitment, talent development, and succession strategies.
• Lead performance management initiatives, helping managers improve productivity and address performance gaps.
• Facilitate positive employee relations, resolve conflicts, maintain morale, and manage attrition.
• Drive change‑management efforts to ensure smooth organizational transitions.
• Conduct off‑site visits as needed.
• Be prepared for assignment at the Calamba, Laguna or Plaridel, Bulacan warehouse.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business Management.
• 4‑5 years of experience in general HR or HR business partnering; experience in ecommerce, logistics, or warehousing is a plus.
• Expertise in organizational development and/or employee relations is advantageous.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Experience in project management and change management.
• Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
