HR Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Assistant to support our human resources team in daily operations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
• Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in employee relations.
• Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Willingness to work primarily office‑based with standard hours and occasional overtime.
• Additional requirements: NBI Clearance / Government mandated numbers.
