Training Executive

About the role

The Training Executive is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating training programmes for Treats franchisees and their store personnel. The role also oversees store audits to ensure compliance with operating, merchandising, food preparation and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training modules that standardise methods, processes and practices across all Treats stores.
• Conduct training‑needs analyses using store trade checks, mystery shoppers and other tools.
• Deliver onboarding training for new stores and ongoing training for existing locations.
• Train Allied Business Executives to become internal trainers.
• Evaluate and update training programmes and manuals on a yearly basis.
• Create, update and cascade store audit checklists.
• Perform spot audits, generate recommendations and monitor improvements.
• Prepare annual budgets for sales training and development and track expenses.
• Produce regular reports on training activities and audit outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage sector (e.g., hotel dining, franchise restaurants, branded convenience stores).
