HR Analyst – Talent & Compensation Operations (Night Shift)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an HR Analyst to support Talent & Compensation Operations on a night‑shift schedule. The role is an individual contributor position focused on delivering accurate, timely, and compliant HR services across performance, development, compensation, and Workday security processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support by resolving escalated inquiries, managing complex cases, and handling system transactions, data updates, reporting requests, and issue resolution across Performance & Development, Talent, Career, Compensation, and Workday security.
• Execute pre‑launch testing and validation of system configurations, identify defects, assess downstream impacts, and recommend enhancements to ensure launch readiness and risk mitigation.
• Perform proactive audits and data‑governance activities for performance and compensation data, coordinate with global stakeholders, and implement corrective actions to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
• Support project execution and governance for key talent processes, ensuring deliverables meet global standards and timelines.
• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement by collaborating with Total Rewards, Global Talent Management, and Workday design teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, internal controls, and applicable local and global regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Workday and shared services background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills.
