Head of Finance (Shared Services)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Finance Shared Services hub in Manila. This role will shape the future of our global finance organisation by driving transformation, building high‑performing teams, and delivering process excellence at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise Finance Shared Services operations in Manila across Accounts Payable, Cost Management, Broker Compensation and Change Management.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of finance activities in line with global standards and regulatory compliance.
• Champion automation initiatives and drive end‑to‑end process excellence.
• Build, mentor and retain a high‑performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability.
• Partner with global finance stakeholders to provide insightful reporting and support strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in shared services or finance operations, preferably within financial services, fintech or data‑driven organisations.
• Strong background in bookkeeping, month‑end close, internal controls, compliance and continuous process improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation programmes and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi‑entity, multi‑currency operations is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with automation tools.
• Proficiency with reporting platforms.
