Billing Manager – Remote (Philippines)

About the role

Outstaffer is partnering with a fast‑scaling company to find an experienced Billing Manager who will own the billing lifecycle end‑to‑end. This hands‑on position switches between day‑to‑day invoicing, collections and higher‑level performance analysis while working closely with Sales, Customer Success and Payroll.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end invoicing cycle, ensuring accurate and on‑schedule client billing.
• Manage accounts receivable, including collections, dunning workflows, ageing and payment allocation in Chargebee.
• Keep Chargebee and Xero perfectly reconciled, resolving sync errors as they arise.
• Deliver MRR/ARR, AR ageing and collections reporting for leadership.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success and Payroll to minimise churn risk.
• Shape the product catalogue, pricing and invoice templates as the business scales.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years in billing, AR or finance operations.
• Hands‑on experience with Chargebee (or comparable subscription platform) and Xero.
• Proven track record billing B2B subscription/recurring‑revenue clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and comfort reconciling data across systems.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills and an analytical mindset.
• Professional communication style for client‑facing billing conversations.
