Financial Analyst – Workday Adaptive Planning Expert

About the role

eFlexervices is seeking a Financial Analyst with deep expertise in Workday Adaptive Planning to drive budgeting, forecasting, and insightful reporting that supports strategic decision‑making across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Budget and forecast: collaborate with departments, consolidate budgets, maintain detailed models, support a 5‑year credit forecast and monitor key performance indicators.
• Data analysis and reporting: own implementation and scaling of Workday Adaptive Planning and OfficeConnect, design automated financial report packages, conduct variance analysis and ensure accurate revenue coding.
• Process improvement: automate spreadsheet workflows, recommend efficiency opportunities, support acquisitions and revenue transition, lead special projects and cross‑training initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum three years of finance experience with proven hands‑on Workday Adaptive Planning expertise.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and internal‑control compliance.
• Experience partnering with internal and external stakeholders in a high‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
