Head of Area Operations – Retail & Field Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Area Operations to lead our nationwide field operations in the beauty and FMCG sector. You will shape execution strategy, drive retail excellence, and support our rapid growth across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nationwide field operations, including area managers, supervisors, promoters, and operational teams.
• Ensure high standards of retail execution, merchandising, and in‑store visibility.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, and sales performance.
• Develop, refine, and enforce SOPs and field execution processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, retail, HR, and training functions.
• Conduct regular field visits and operational reviews across regions.
• Promote discipline, consistency, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Support expansion planning and scalability of operations in the Philippines market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, field, or sales operations.
• Proven track record managing large ground teams, including promoters and area managers.
• Background in multinational FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands preferred.
• Strong leadership, execution, and people‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on operational mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
