Head of Area Operations – Retail & Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Area Operations to lead our nationwide field operations in the beauty and retail sector. You will shape execution strategy, drive operational excellence, and support the brand’s rapid growth across the Philippines.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate nationwide field operations, including area managers, supervisors, promoters, and other operational teams.
• Ensure high standards of retail execution, merchandising, and in‑store visibility.
• Monitor operational KPIs, productivity, attendance, and sales performance, providing regular reports.
• Develop, refine, and enforce SOPs and field execution processes.
• Collaborate closely with sales, retail, HR, and training functions.
• Conduct field visits and operational reviews across multiple regions.
• Promote discipline, consistency, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Support expansion planning and scalability of operations in the Philippines market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail, field, or sales operations.
• Proven experience managing large ground teams, including promoters and area managers.
• Background in multinational FMCG, beauty, retail, or consumer brands is preferred.
• Strong leadership, execution, and people‑management capabilities.
• Hands‑on operational mindset with excellent problem‑solving skills.
