Guest Services Manager – Hotel Front Office

About the role

The Guest Services Manager leads the day‑to‑day operations of Guest Services and lobby activities at Swissôtel Clark, ensuring seamless front‑office service, maximum guest satisfaction, and the safety of guests, colleagues and hotel property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all front‑office and lobby functions, acting as the on‑duty representative of senior management.
• Deliver consistent, brand‑aligned service excellence while resolving guest issues promptly.
• Maintain high standards of safety, security, and property protection throughout public areas.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences.
• Train, coach and develop front‑office staff to uphold professionalism and service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred) with additional tourism certification considered an advantage.
• 4‑5 years of relevant experience in hotel operations, specifically front office or guest services.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Professional demeanor with solid human‑resources and business‑acumen capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office 360 applications.
• Experience using Opera PMS.
