GTM Intelligence Specialist

About the role

Brightwheel is seeking a GTM Intelligence Specialist to map, consolidate, and validate contact and account records across its proprietary database and Salesforce. The role focuses on turning chaotic data into reliable, actionable insights for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Map relationships between contact and account records, tracing long chains to identify identical centers.
• Consolidate records into a single trusted center record, determining status (active, churned, closed‑lost, cold lead), ownership, and product usage.
• Validate each center, assign confidence levels, and document patterns, edge cases, and decision rules.
• Use Google Sheets, SQL, and AI tools at scale, flagging outputs that need human verification.
• Surface root causes of data problems to Operations and Product teams for source‑level fixes.

Required profile

• Experience working with go‑to‑market data such as lead lists, accounts, contacts, lifecycle stages, territories, and ownership.
• Proven ability to clean, deduplicate, and reconcile messy records across multiple systems.
• Strong analytical mindset, able to identify root causes and document repeatable processes.

Required skills

• Salesforce data model knowledge.
• Advanced Google Sheets (lookups, array formulas, pivots, query functions, scripts).
• SQL for querying and validating data (nice to have).
• AI tools for classification and enrichment of records.
