Global HR Data Consumption Specialist

About the role

ING is looking for a Global HR Data Consumption Specialist in Manila to join a team managing the reporting capability in COO People. The specialist provides senior stakeholders with reporting solutions on employee data from GHR Sources of Records, turning business requirements into clear dashboards and answering ad-hoc queries so that colleagues can make better, fact-based decisions on topics such as recruitment, turnover, diversity, engagement and organisational structure.

Key responsibilities

• Design, manage and optimise reporting tools chosen by ING, including the rollout of user guidance for Workday standardised catalogues so reports are understood and add value.
• Understand stakeholder requirements and address them promptly, and foster a collaborative, accountable culture within the team.
• Advise on complex reporting, dashboard and benchmarking questions, reconciling data from multiple sources while respecting data governance, protection, retention and quality.
• Implement Data Management Process Control Standards and best practices in Global HR, including data consumption from Data Lakes and the introduction of a new BI foundation.
• Act as a bridge between GHR and key stakeholders, balancing business needs against technical constraints.
