Talent Acquisition Specialist (Fixed Term)

About the role

TaskUs, a provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience to technology companies, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist (fixed term) in Cavite. The recruiter is responsible for delivering every stage of the recruitment process across the organisation, using traditional sourcing methods as well as creative new approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day recruitment functions, including job analysis, sourcing and profiling, screening and selection, and documentation and reporting.
• Hire the best possible talent for the organisation.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR management, Business Studies/Administration Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills in database management and record keeping.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Good computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft and Google applications such as Docs, Sheets and Slides.
