Global Finance Solutions Analyst III

About the role

The Global Finance Solutions Analyst III will act as the system administrator for OneStream, Regal Rexnord’s global consolidation, planning, and account reconciliation platform. The role supports monthly accounting close, consolidation, and forecasting in partnership with finance teams worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform server administration tasks such as managing users, groups, security permissions, and group policies.
• Research event‑log warnings and errors, monitor resources, and ensure seamless operation of system architecture components.
• Provide help‑desk support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver technical resolutions.
• Monitor data‑center health, maintain internal infrastructure, and conduct routine system audits including backups.
• Map new data into the system while ensuring governance, control, and compliance with policies.
• Maintain system stability, develop change‑management protocols, and manage metadata and access controls.
• Prioritize finance system projects, communicate backlogs and schedules to stakeholders, and ensure SOX‑compliant security controls.
• Write and execute test plans, identify automation opportunities, and keep system documentation up to date.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of relevant system administration experience, preferably in large companies with complex financial systems.
• High‑energy, adaptive, collaborative work style with ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with EPM/CPM platforms such as OneStream, Anaplan, Oracle Hyperion HFM, SAP BPC, Cognos, or Tagetik.
• Server administration, backup management, and change‑management procedures.
• Understanding of SOX compliance and security access controls.
