General Accounting Service Delivery Manager

About the role

Hubexo is building its first Finance Shared Services Centre in Manila and needs a senior professional to lead the General Accounting function. As the General Accounting Service Delivery Manager you will shape processes, standards and a high‑performing team that supports global financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the General Accounting team, ensuring consistent, high‑quality delivery.
• Oversee end‑to‑end GA processes in line with service agreements and documented procedures.
• Ensure timely, accurate reporting aligned to monthly, quarterly and annual close calendars.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting policies and reporting requirements.
• Track KPIs, oversee budget/resource planning and provide operational reporting to stakeholders.
• Drive automation, standardisation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Finance Operations and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.
• Develop team capability through coaching, performance management and training.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of leadership experience in Record‑to‑Report / General Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of GA processes, close cycles and control environments.
• Proven ability to manage a team and deliver high‑quality financial reporting.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of General Accounting processes, close cycles and control environments.
• Experience with NetSuite (preferred).
