Fullstack Software Engineer

About the role

Join NCS, a leading AI tech services company, to help shape digital experiences for over one million customers. As a Fullstack Software Engineer you will work across front‑end, back‑end, architecture, security, DevOps and native app domains within a cross‑functional delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, operate and maintain a high‑performance platform serving a large customer base.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Analysts, UX Designers and fellow engineers to ship new features and bug fixes.
• Develop well‑scoped components using modern web and mobile technologies and release them to production.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies, code reviews and technical discussions.
• Work with the Tech Lead and mentors to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AWS or another major cloud provider.
• Background in building microservices with Node.js and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated motivation, ambition and a track record of innovative projects or open‑source contributions.
