FullStack Java Enterprise Edition Developer

About the role

We are looking for a skilled Full‑Stack Java Enterprise Edition Developer to design, develop, and maintain web‑service applications. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, translating business needs into robust technical solutions while mentoring junior developers.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily team meetings to review progress and plan upcoming development tasks.
• Design, develop, configure, test, debug, deploy, document, and maintain web‑service applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following established coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and application designs.
• Perform troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis, and implement software enhancements.
• Validate solutions against approved architectural designs and business needs.
• Mentor junior developers and share best practices.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and implement development best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Information Systems or a related technical field (or currently studying).
• 3–5 years of professional experience as a Full‑Stack Developer using Java (Spring) and at least one front‑end framework (React.js, Angular or Vue.js).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Proven ability to design, build, test, and maintain web‑service applications.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
